Research On The Construction Of Smart Government Affairs In Quangang District

With the development of information technology and the transformation of urban governance concepts,more and more countries and cities are focusing on the use of emerging technologies such as the Internet of Things,big data,and cloud computing to build smart cities.The core content of smart city construction is smart governance,and the way to achieve smart governance is to build smart government affairs.Smart government is also a new stage in the development of e-government.It is also an inevitable trend of historical development.It closely connects government services to the public.The combination can not only improve the level of government services,but also better achieve "serving the people".The construction of "smart government affairs",promoting the reengineering of government processes,transforming government management functions,and building a service-oriented government oriented to the needs of the masses,has certain reference significance for the construction of smart government affairs in China's county-level regions,and has a certain degree of promotion for social development effect.This paper takes the construction of smart government affairs in Quangang district as the research object,and analyzes the construction of smart government affairs from the perspective of public management by comprehensively applying the theory of service-oriented government and the theory of government process reengineering.This paper uses the case analysis method,investigation method and so on,taking the construction of smart government affairs in Quangang district as an example,analyzes the current situation of the construction of smart government affairs in Quangang district,including the basic situation and main practices of electronic government affairs in Quangang district.Identify the problems in the development of smart government affairs in Quangang district,such as the need to improve the internal guarantee system of the government,the cooperation between departments to be promoted,and the interaction between the government and the public to be strengthened,and comprehensively discuss the reasons for the problems in the construction of smart government affairs.Finally,combined with the local conditions of Quangang district,we put forward measures and suggestions for optimizing the construction of smart government affairs in Quangang district according to local conditions,mainly think about the optimization path from three aspects: perfecting the security system for building smart government affairs in Quangang district,improving public management and service capabilities,and enhancing the two-way interaction between the government and the public.
