Research On The Supervision Of Secret-related Information Of Quanzhou's Party And Government Organs

With the development of government informatization and the profound change of strategic environment in China.The supervision and protection of confidential information is particularly critical.it is important for Local Party committee and government to improve the ability of confidential Information supervision and reducing the risk of potential leakage.The purpose of this paper is to study the current situation,existing problems and potential reasons of secret information supervision of Quanzhou Party and Government organs through questionnaires and individual interviews.The research finds that although Quanzhou's party and government organs have made great efforts in the supervision of confidential information,there are still many problems,such as the absence of the main body of information security and secrecy management,the lack of attention to the supervision of confidential information carriers,the supervision of secret-related personnel,the slow renewal of the concept of losing secret enemies,and the lack of standardization of the process of confidentiality.The reason lies in the lack of professionals and inadequate supervision responsibility.This paper introduces the advanced practices of some provinces and municipalities in China and foreign local government agencies in the field of secret-related supervision as a reference.In view of each existing problem,this paper puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions from four dimensions: perfecting the government's secret-related information supervision system,strengthening the construction of the professional team of information security supervision,using technical means to enhance the overall information security,and strengthening the publicity and education of the government officials' confidentiality,for the reference of relevant departments.
