Research On Social Worker As The Hub Of Community Building

Community building is the product of citizen movement and citizen consciousness,which is closely related to architecture,geography,planning and other disciplines.As a profession and profession,why do we need to intervene in social work? What is the response? These are the two major issues the author wants to explore in this article.Through the study of practice and case study,the author believes that this is related to the fit degree and practical possibility of social work participating in community construction.Social work can play a pivotal role in the process of community construction,and can not compete for the dominant position with other disciplines involved in community construction,but make use of discipline advantages to better promote the process of community construction.Community construction is the core of the community,create a sense of place,the integration of the residents needs,make the residents as the main body of the community to obtain higher satisfaction and the power of community development is the purpose of community construction,social work in the process of community construction can give full play to their professional advantages,actively link internal and external resources,and reduce the contradictions in the process,lubrication to push the whole process,to become a hub in the process of community construction,and can continue to service in the process of summing up experience and lessons,find from the bottom-up community to build professional service logic,coordinate with other disciplines and power to promote community construction smoothly.Follow the logic of practice research,this paper uses case study method,interview method,participatory observation and other research methods,the first chapter summarizes the article background,significance,related concepts clear and literature review,by means of community construction and the social work involved in community construction at home and abroad related research literature review clear field,based on certain theory put forward the research ideas and research design,explore the social work in the community create a pivotal position in the location and the formation of the pivot,and through the graphic is expounded;The second chapter discusses why what is community construction and community construction,describes the background of community construction and L community problem needs,from the market demand of multidisciplinary cooperation and promote changes in May,the concept of residents,and the development of community and community organizations,the possibility of multiple subject cooperation and "a plan" to "with people planning" three aspects discusses the era under the background of the community to create greater possibilities;The third chapter takes Community L as an example to describe specific cases of community,analyzes how and where social work participates in the process of community building in specific practice,and how it plays a pivotal role,and conducts a simple effect analysis.The fourth chapter analysis how social work intervention in community construction,the overall environment including social work as a hub of the operation work,analyzed from two aspects of the necessity and importance of its meaning,from the community organization,the coordination and integration of community resources,community planning design and execution of mining,community culture and propagation,root residents and community cultural soil and promote community cultural confidence six aspects to analyze how the social work comprehensive intervention in community construction,and play a hub between various main effectiveness;The fifth chapter is the conclusion,deficiency and discussion part of this paper.Through the comparison of practice and previous experience,the conclusion is drawn that social work is strongly influenced by the professional concept in the process of service.No matter what the dominant discipline is,it does not hinder the involvement of social work as an executor.Its pivotal role enables social work to play the role of "intermediary" inthe process of community building,to help several participants communicate and interact,to find the best solution to the problem,and finally to exert their strength together under the guidance of the same goal.In step in the process of community construction,it can through the community organization coordination,the design of the integration of community resources,community planning and execution,community culture of mining and propagation,root residents in community cultural soil,efforts to promote community cultural self-confidence,under the background of multidisciplinary,multiple subjects to find the service logic of from bottom to top,cooperate with other professional other groups in the search for a suitable for community,the road to meet the needs of the community construction.Social work plays a pivotal role in community construction,but it does not pursue a leading role.In the end,it achieves the goal of multi-agent cooperation and reasonable resource link under the guidance of common goals,so as to jointly promote a better life for residents and build a harmonious community.
