Governmental Policies Of Mongolia Toward Developing Of Small And Medium Size Enterprises

The current study it is to argue the idea that higher education is strongly accompanied with research,innovation,and competitive advantages and thus plays a crucial role not only for the individual and social development but also in the process of delivering the optimal governmental policies of Mongolia toward small and medium size enterprises to the targeted territories especially in Khentii province,to drive forward growth.Generally,SMEs are the main economic sectors in Asia,representing 98% of the total number of companies,66% of the national workforce and 38% of GDP.In Mongolia,SMEs represent 98% of all companies and about three quarters of them are microenterprises.SMEs in Mongolia face many challenges in opening their possibilities,while 30% believe that access to finance is a serious obstacle.Improving SMEs in Mongolia by targeting the best levels of SMEs and national development because businesses in the sector of SMEs in Mongolia are the main factors responsible to provide the highly to create a better business environment and a stronger SME sector in Mongolia that the country is demanding in order to develop the state,create jobs,successful businesses,and prosperity for the long term.The ambitious aims,which have been implemented currently in Mongolian certain territories are to become a developed regions with business having their roots not just in balanced considerations,but also in the representative starring role of high ranked governmental policies.The ranks completed the struggle between which are countries very noticeable and consequently,and are greatest frequently acknowledged as a gauge of success due to excellence-driven strategies in SMEs.Thence this is aimed for making relevant studies on Mongolian government on how to deliver efficient strategies for the SMEs in our country by standardizing attitudes for the provinces and business entities.Hence,the very first section of the paper,it will provide general circumstances and understanding of studies on recent governmental systems of policies to support Mongoli an small and medium enterprises towards standardized societies nowadays based on econ omic and social world standards.Next on the second section shall be to highlight the the research work consists of the primary and main chapters,and the first chapter describes t he purpose,methodology and sampling of the research work on SMEs.Chapter two,Gen eral information group surveyed SMEs and business entities surveyed by type,type of ac tivity and duration(aging),number of employees,annual sales income and expenditure e xpenditure categories.The third chapter,SME support,cited the chapter on which organizations and SM Es support SMEs,and summarized the measures that need to be taken further.Chapter Four includes SMEs advocacy groups include the external factors,includi ng the type of expenditure,such as the macroeconomic environment,the social environm ent and the business environment(finance,legal,regulatory,market,and infrastructure)a nd the impact of internal factors,such as management,and factors that determine the mo st significant obstacles.Chapter five is about SME Financing Group at the initial financial sources of SME s,loan incentives,financing constraints,and the need for further financing and basic loan terms.The findings are outlined in the annex by the capital city and provinces.This is al so to be including their motivational outcomes of SMEs in Khentii province of Mongolia.Thence,in the paragraphs the key factors of SMEs in Khentii province based on govern mental policies are to be analyzed under their successful strategies by comparing with M ongolian other sectors and policies.According to the research methods,it shall suggest s ome certain valid opportunities would be matched for policies SMEs in Khentii province in Mongolia for successful policy delivery and some research considerations.Also conclusions to the considerations shall be reached the same thoughts to enhan ce social services,develop the management level and the unity of SMEs into a creating m ore comprehensive research based on Khentii province towards Mongolian political polic ies.As an important part of and in Mongolian business organizations that enterprises f or SME system reform in recent years and continue to promote the Mongolian companie s,having caused widespread concern in the business sector and even the community.Mongolian business organizations and authorities as policymakers have also menti oned the system reform towards standards in wider range of focused employment system by developing policies to small and medium enterprises in Khentii case studies.
