Study On The Perfection Of Youth Volunteer Service Work Mechanism From The Perspective Of "Voluntary Failure"

Nowadays,youth volunteer service activities have involved all aspects of society,environment and life,from poverty alleviation to community building,from public service to support branches.The track of youth volunteers.The scope and scope of youth volunteering services are also constantly expanding and their influence is continuously increasing.The research object of this article is positioned as the development of youth volunteer service in Yiyang City.Based on the theoretical perspective of “voluntary failure”,the literature research method,questionnaire survey method,and in-depth interview method were used to follow up the voluntary service industry in Yiyang city.According to the combing logic,they put forward the question:“Voluntary failure” in the youth voluntary service organization in Yiyang City.What is the characterization? What is the cause of the "voluntary failure" of the young voluntary service organization in Yiyang City? Relying on the theory of “voluntary failure”,how can we further improve the working mechanism of youth volunteer service in Yiyang City? Focusing on the three issues,relying on Saramund's "voluntary failure" as the starting point,the full text is discussed and the deep integration of theory and practice is carried out.The study finds that the current problems in the youth volunteer service in Yiyang City include the shortage of volunteer resources,the overall quality still needs improvement,the public's awareness of volunteer service is not high,the awareness of participation is not strong,the disadvantages of the volunteer service management mechanism,lack of effective protection,etc.The cause analysis mainly considers the external and internal causes of the “voluntary failure” of the youth volunteer service in Yiyang city.Aiming at the existing problems,this paper proposes to crack down on the mechanism of "voluntary failure" in Yiyang City and build it from the government level,the social level,and the voluntary service organization level.The Yindong Community of Yiyang City was used as a model for empirical research.
