A Study On The Cultivation Of Grass-roots Servicemen's Loyalty From The Perspective Of Psychology

Loyalty is related to the life and death of soldiers on the battlefield and the survival and death of an army or even a country.It is an important factor in the formation of military combat effectiveness.Chairman Xi stressed that we should always obey the Party's command as the soul of a strong army,occupy the ideological,cultural and public opinion positions of the army with proactive work,ensure that the army is absolutely loyal,absolutely pure and absolutely reliable,and resolutely obey the command of the Party Central Committee and the Central Military Commission at all times and under all circumstances.Using "the Loyalty Scale for Chinese Servicemen",the whole group sampling method was used to investigate 1073 military members from 4 on-the-job training courses of military academies and eight troops.It provide: The scores of the loyalty scores and emotional loyalty,normative loyalty and continued loyalty of the basic military personnel from different subjects ranged from 3.38 to 4.82.In addition to the differences between loyalty to the profession and to leaders are not significant,as well as the score difference of loyalty to the country,the party and the people,to the professional in the occupation of this factor is not significant,the total loyalty score of the four aspects and their corresponding factors in terms of age,identity,military type,military age and salary,respectively are significantly different(P < 0.05).Among the influencing factors,social support was positively correlated with the loyalty score of the unit(r = 0.397,P < 0.001),and the special life of military brigade was negatively correlated with the loyalty score of leaders(r =-0.358,P < 0.001).It shows that the overall loyalty level of the contemporary revolutionary soldiers is above average,which is significantly influenced by social support,work-family conflict,special life of the army and other factors.Using the method of grounded theory analysis,22 subjects from three brigade-level companies were interviewed by stratified random sampling.The results showed that the loyalty of the soldiers was embodied in the following four categories: obeying command,taking on responsibility,emphasizing cultivation and genuine emotion.The measures of cultivating loyalty included guiding ideology,promoting security Obstacles,harmonious atmosphere,scientific management and cultivation of emotions 5 categories 23 aspects,the restraining factors affecting the cultivation of military loyalty are concentrated in five categories 22 aspects: improper management,lack of system,lack of support,lack of self-cultivation and social infiltration.There is a significant difference in the frequency of loyalty cultivation measures among different units(F = 5.423,P = 0.014),and there was a significant difference in the frequency of restraining factors(F = 4.963,P = 0.018).Based on the empirical findings of the loyalty characteristics of the grassroots soldiers and the cultivation of the status quo,the thesis explores the theoretical basis and design of the application of psychological theory and methods to the loyalty of grassroots military personnel.In accordance with the basic concepts of enhancing cognition,stimulating emotions,and shaping behavior,focusing on the three dimensions of emotions,norms,and continuation,and four categories: the party and the state and the people,the military occupation,the unit,and the leadership,and in the three stages of recruits,daily combat training and work and study,major tasks,we design a grassroots military loyalty program with practical guidance value.During the recruitment of new recruits,they should stimulate emotions and promote affinity,so as to cultivate new soldiers' emotional loyalty;lay a solid foundation and systematically develop to promote new soldiers' standard loyalty;provide information,care and encouragement,and encourage new recruits to continue their loyalty.In daily combat training,work study and life,we should improve cognition,cultivate beliefs,deepen the emotional loyalty of officers and soldiers,improve the experience,promote sentiment,enhance the loyalty of officers and men,improve status and treatment,and promote development to encourage officers and men to continue their loyalty.In the process of carrying out major tasks,we should be close to the heart,stable attitude,and sublimate the officers and men with emotional loyalty;lead behavior,promote self-awareness,standardize loyalty with sublimate officers and soldiers;improve security,improve management,and continue to be loyal to sublimate officers and men.
