Township cadres account for the highest proportion of the party and state cadres and are the most basic component.As an important link between the party and the state to connect the people,they also provide bottom-up feedback on the actual needs of the people and top-down policies.Implement a two-way bridge for implementation.Therefore,the strength of the leadership of township cadres has an important impact on the ruling foundation of the Communist Party of China and the image of the country.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that socialism with Chinese characteristics entered a new era.The new era means a new journey and new mission,and township cadres are facing new challenges.In particular,the completion of the task of precise poverty alleviation,the promotion of the rural revitalization strategy,and the improvement of the rural governance system urgently require the township cadres to improve their leadership.This article will focus on the research perspective of the country,focus on the leadership of township cadres,use literature,questionnaires,and personnel interview methods,especially with the help of typical cases in various regions,to explore the leadership situation of township cadres in different regions,with a view to exploring the general leadership leadership.Sexual and regular issues,rather than the specific study of the "anatomy sparrow" of individual cases.Through research,it is found that the leadership of township cadres can generally meet and promote the needs of township economic and social development,but there are also some deficiencies in political ideological traction,exemplary appeal and cohesion,decision-making execution fit,and scientific development and innovation.These are the main reasons for these deficiencies.It is because the quality of some township cadres is difficult to meet the requirements of the new era,the power and responsibility of the township government are not equal,the performance evaluation system is not perfect,and the selection and employment mechanism is not perfect.Therefore,to improve the leadership of township cadres should focus on the following five aspects: first,strengthen ideological and moral cultivation;second,the combination of township cadres' personal strengthening learning and organization training;third,the combination of township cadres' personal strengthening practice training and organization building training platform The fourth is to improve the relevant mechanisms,including the improvement of the township cadre evaluation mechanism,the talent selection and employment mechanism and the fault tolerance and error correction mechanism;the fifth is to improve the power distribution system of the township government.
