Township civil servants are an important part of China's civil servants,direct practitioners of the party and the state's policies,and an important link between the party and the government and the masses.Their working attitude and efficiency not only affect the final implementation of the party and the state's policies,but also affect the party and the state's image of authority in the people's mind.But in general,township civil servants have heavy tasks and poor living conditions.Especially in the decisive period of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way,in the historical intersection period of winning the battle of poverty alleviation and implementing the strategy of rural revitalization,the work of township civil servants is becoming more and more hard,which makes the enthusiasm of township civil servants decline obviously,resulting in poor work attitude and low work efficiency.Scientific and effective incentives can effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of township civil servants,improve the working attitude of township civil servants,and improve the working efficiency of township civil servants.Therefore,it is necessary to pay more attention to the improvement of the incentive mechanism of township civil servants.This paper takes the incentive mechanism of civil servants in H town of Yulin City as the research object.Based on the introduction of the current situation of the incentive mechanism of H town civil servants in Yulin City,this paper investigates the satisfaction of the incentive mechanism of H town civil servants in Yulin City by means of questionnaire and interview,so as to analyze the existing problems of the incentive mechanism of H town civil servants in Yulin City,such as blocked promotion channels,unreasonable salary mechanism,imperfect assessment system,unscientific training system,etc.Finally,in view of these problems,following the principle of incentive ondemand,the principle of fairness and openness,and the principle of rewards and punishments,the paper puts forward the optimization measures including establishing a smooth promotion channel,establishing a reasonable salary mechanism,establishing a sound assessment system,and establishing a scientific training system,and puts forward the relevant safeguard measures including creating a good incentive environment,maintaining smooth coordination and communication,and carrying out comprehensive supervision and management,in order to make the incentive mechanism of H town civil servants in Yulin give full play to the incentive role,and then effectively promote the effective implementation of the party and national policies.
