The grass-roots civil servants are the largest group of civil servants in our country Now our country is in the stage of rapid economic and social development.In order to meet the needs of government departments,the quantity and quality of civil servants recruitment is constantly improving every year.As an important part of the government public sector,how to cultivate an efficient and responsible civil servant talent team is very important for the construction of service-oriented and innovative government.This paper takes Yuelai town of Haimen City as the specific research object,introduces the current situation and characteristics of the incentive management of Yuelai town of Haimen City in detail,through the questionnaire survey and interview of Yuelai town of Haimen City,combined with the relevant theory of human resources,makes statistical analysis of the data obtained,and analyzes the causes of Yuelai town's grass-roots official business from the aspect of incentive factors This paper analyzes the causes of the problems in staff incentive management.At the same time,according to the actual situation of Yuelai town government and the current management system,from the perspective of internal factors,this paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures to improve the incentive management of the grass-roots civil servants in Yuelai town of Haimen city.Specifically:improve the training mechanism and strengthen the spiritual and cultural construction.From the outside to enhance the ability of Yuelai town grass-roots civil servants,at the same time,carry out professional ethics education,create organizational culture,enhance the sense of mission,existence and belonging of Yuelai town grass-roots civil servants;reasonably distribute the workload of Yuelai town grass-roots civil servants and implement the post responsibilities,build a better work platform;improve the promotion mechanism of Yuelai town grass-roots civil servants,purify the Jin of Yuelai town Promote the environment;improve the compensation and reward mechanism of the grass-roots civil servants in Yuelai Town,and motivate the grass-roots civil servants from both positive and negative aspects.
