Research On The Development Of Community Social Organizations In Yuyang District Of Yulin City

General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly proposed in the report to the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)that "we should build a social governance pattern featuring joint contribution,Shared governance and Shared benefits." It has drawn a grand blueprint for social governance in the new era and provided fundamental guidance for its implementation.China's social governance structure and ongoing characteristics reflect the trend of social conflicts in many aspects.Only by further innovating social governance can we create a social governance situation jointly built by the whole people and contribute to the construction of a harmonious society.One of the most important is to pay attention to the cultivation and guidance of social organizations,so as to build a multi-level service system to bring a variety of services to the production and life of residents.As general secretary xi jinping has pointed out,"we should strengthen the building of a community governance system,move the focus of social governance down to the grass-roots level,give play to the role of social organizations,and achieve positive interaction between government governance,social regulation and residents' autonomy." From this perspective,we can see that community social organizations can play a key role in the process of social governance,and also can further highlight the responsibilities that community social organizations need to undertake and some important issues that need to be solved in the process of development.Urban community social organizations in yuyang district of yulin city have gradually become an important platform and carrier for residents to express their demands and participate in social public services.This platform has aroused residents' enthusiasm to participate in community public welfare undertakings and enhanced community activities and cohesion.In this paper,the main structure is composed of fiveparts.The first part is related concepts and theoretical basis.This paper mainly demonstrates the adequacy of the relevant concepts of social organization and community social organization,and briefly expounds the theories of collaborative governance and community development.The second part discusses the present situation of the development of community social organization in yuyang district.This is conducive to understanding the local community social organization of the relevant development of the current situation and development priorities.The third part is the problems that yuyang district community social organization faces in the development process.In the process of research,through field investigation and statistical data research,we have learned and summarized the problems existing in community social organizations in yuyang district,such as low awareness rate of residents,lack of funds for activities,limited service capacity and poor credibility.In the fourth part,we explore the causes in the process of problem research.Based on a deep understanding of the problems existing in the development of community social organizations in yuyang district,this part explores and analyzes the underlying reasons: the government lags behind in the cognition of community social organizations;The supervision mechanism of community social organizations is not sound;Insufficient government support;Community social organization environment construction lags behind.The fifth part is the countermeasure of community social organization development in yuyang district.Mainly from the introduction of relevant policies and regulations,give full play to the role of the government;To optimize the operating environment of community social organizations and strengthen the cultivation of community social organizations;To strengthen the self-construction of community social organizations and standardize the internal governance structure;To realize community social organization and social integration and to construct harmonious community are discussed in four aspects.
