A Study On The Participation Of Social Work In Children Law-related Education Of Urban Communities

Cultivating citizens' legal literacy and implementing legal education are important ways to build a socialist country under the rule of law.Childhood is the key period to develop good thinking habits,so popularizing law has to starting from children,and that is absolutely necessary.The ternary interaction theory of social learning theory and the value concept of social work "people in the environment" are highly consistent,and it has a unique position in children's education.The author tries to apply social learning theory to social work practice,and explores the roles,advantages and practice mode of social work in urban community children law-related education.Social work service is a new force to participate in Community Legal Education.Based on the theory of social learning and the values of social work,and with the methods of action research and semi-structured interview,which found that social workers,including the author,play a typical role of planner,organizer,liaison,guide,supporter and educator,and play a certain role in children,family and community level.In addition,the study found that social work has great advantages in promoting the diversified development of community education and children's community participation in the urban community children law-related education.However,due to the imperfection of the upper management system and operation norms,such as community education,and the limitation of social work project management,personnel construction and other professional issues,the project lacks guidance,norms and corresponding assessment and accountability in the implementation.Finally,based on the value concept of "community-based" and "community participation" as well as the professional foundation of social work theory and practical skills,the author builds a cooperative project practice mode with "government,foundation,enterprise,community" as the buyer and social organization as the service party.Generally speaking,the social work involved in urban community children's rule of law education can be popularized.The community can introduce social work talents by purchasing projects,and implement the model of community rule of law education.urban community children law-related education will also develop in the direction of subject diversification and content diversification.
