Tourism has gradually become the main means of poverty alleviation in rural China. However, due to the comprehensive osmosis of tourism, the conflicts between the internal cultural system of tourism communities and the overall economic environment have a nagative impact on the tourism community. Many researchers have been devoted to exploring the outbreak factors of conflicts in tourist communities, which aim to provide a general explanation model for them. However, tourism community conflicts have the characteristics of evolution.Tourism implicit conflict as one of the forms of conflicts, which can be a warning of the outbreak of conflict,it is necessary to analyze its evolution path and the influencing factors of it.Therefore, the paper moves the "gateway" forward and focuses on the research problem of the formation mechanism of implicit conflicts in tourist communities, which includes the connotation, reasons and mechanism of those. The research questions are urgent to be answered in the research field of conflicts in tourism communities. The implicit conflicts in the tourism community refer to the nagative behaviour or individual confrontation between the local community residents and the government, enterprises and other stakeholders in the interactive process of tourism development. It mainly includes three conflict stages of germination, perception and internationalism, representing low destructiveness and latent, which can reduce the tourism production efficiency and hinder the sustainable development of tourist community.Furthermore, with the help of the evolution of conflict events in the tourism development of likeng village, the implicit conflict stage is expounded. The paper takes Likeng village,a typical rural tourism community in Wuyuan county,Jiangxi province,as a case study to explore the evolution mechanism of implicit conflicts in tourism communities, which constructs the theoretical framework of external situation and internal emotional factors.First of all,in the early stage of tourism development, the system imbalance of the government, scenic spots and other development subjects as well as the ignorance of local residents make local residents and other interest subjects form potential opposition.Secondly,in the development of tourism,on the one hand, the formal system of management organization is de-embedded,the network of local residents is de-embedded,and the embedding of social script enables local residents to expand their cognition. Finally, the formal system continues to disintegrate, and the informal system of local residents is embedded, leading to prominent conflicts among interest subjects. The tourism affinity of community residents leads them to reduce direct conflicts with tourism management subjects, resulting in intentional conflicts.Secondly, this study further constructs a structural change model of tourism implicit conflict based on the perspective of local residents. The evolution and escalation of tourism implicit conflict is caused by the dual factors of external environment and local residents' emotion, and keeps spiraling upward.Using the theory of psychological dynamic field, the study expounds the external environmental stimulus and internal emotional state leading to the local residents' cognitive arousal.Using the theory of social learning, this study expounds that local residents constantly form informal institutional norms through cognitive learning and imitative learning.According to the rational person's hypothesis, under the influence of tourism affinity, local residents and relevant interest subjects form conflict intention rather than conflict behavior. The concepts were operationalized through interviews and references to previous questionnaires, and the driving factors were further verified through questionnaires. The results show that the time and occupation type of the community engaged in tourism are important control variables that influence the implicit conflict of the community.Local residents' perception of ignorance has a significant positive effect on local residents' potential conflicts.Formal institutional trust and structural embedding have positive effects on relational trust.Relational trust has a negative influence on local residents' perceived conflicts.Tourism affinity has negative influence on local residents' intentionality conflict.Social script embedding community informal institutional embedding has a positive effect, while formal institutional embedding has no obvious effect.Based on the research conclusions, the paper provides practical guidance and suggestions from three aspects: rebuilding trust, reconstructing reciprocity norm and strengthening participation network. To restore trust. At first, the government should guide the reconstruction of tourism development trust, pay attention to the construction of information sharing and common consultation mechanism.Secondly, tourism management organizations should win the trust of local residents with a sense of responsibility. The reciprocal norm of reconstruction. At first,to strengthen the construction of the tourism development legal system,to prevent chaos and violations;Secondly, establishing the reward and punishment system by using the reciprocal norm system.Enhancing community participation. At first, fostering multiple participation modes, improving the mechanism of tourism cooperation;secondly, the interactive platform should be built to increase the collaborative participation mechanism of tourism development.
