| The history of the Pioneer Corps is a history of the development of the Pioneer Corps activities,and various activities have been carried out since the founding of the Pioneer Corps,in which the development of political socialization of children and youth has been gradually realized.In recent years,relevant policy documents are also paying attention to the development of political socialization of children and adolescents.Pioneer Corps activities were also included in the curriculum of compulsory education as an official curriculum in 2015,becoming one of the important curricula for promoting the political socialization development of children and adolescents.However,there is less research on how to better promote the development of children’s political socialization through the implementation of the curriculum of Pioneer Corps activities,and this study was conducted based on this background.Based on the existing studies,we mainly use literature,questionnaire and interview methods to investigate the current situation of the implementation of the Pioneer Corps activity curriculum in the perspective of political socialization.First,based on the existing literature,the study was conducted to sort out and summarize,and to provide an overview of political socialization and the implementation of the Pioneer Corps activities curriculum.Second,according to the purpose of the study,the research subjects and survey content and survey methods were determined,and the questionnaires were pretested and adjusted to prepare for the formal survey.Through collating and analyzing the collected questionnaires and interview data,the current situation of the implementation of the Pioneer Corps activity course in the perspective of political socialization in elementary school B was concluded: the leading person of implementation became the conductor,and the leading process emphasized behavior rather than thought;the subject of implementation became the executor,and the subjectivity of players with positions and honors was higher;the available resources were richer but not fully utilized;the implementation method was single and did not form a sustainable The evaluation subjects and criteria are more diverse,but the evaluation objects are single.Again,the survey results are analyzed with the content of the interviews: counselors have a higher level of education and a stronger sense of responsibility;positions and honors will increase the initiative and motivation of the players;the school attaches importance to the construction of hardware and equipment;the above are the reasons for the positive aspects of the implementation.The role of counselors is confusing and their professionalism is not high;a complete safety system for out-of-school activities has not been established;the way of implementing the curriculum ignores the age characteristics of the pioneers;the evaluation system of curriculum implementation is not perfect and the evaluation is subjective and arbitrary are the reasons for the negative aspects in the implementation.Finally,from the problem,combined with the analysis of the causes,the following five suggestions are put forward: strengthen the leading role of curriculum implementation;improve the safety system of curriculum implementation and make full use of the resources of out-of-school positions;promote the scientific way of curriculum implementation,in line with the law of political socialization development of players;improve the evaluation system of curriculum implementation and pay attention to the diversity of evaluation objects. |
