Evaluation Of Administrative Service Effectiveness

The effectiveness of administrative services is an important measure of the effectiveness of administrative activities of state organs and administrative personnel,and is the core issue of contemporary government management.Improving the effectiveness of government administrative services has always been an important goal pursued by administrative managers.At present,China is in a period of transition from a planned economy to a market economy.The new situation at home and abroad requires the government to play an active and effective leading role,improve the efficiency of government services,and change the status quo of "high-priced,inefficient" government.It seems more urgent and arduous.The effectiveness of the administrative services of township governments directly affects the progress of the overall administrative service efficiency of the country.How to solve the problem of the administrative service efficiency of township governments,explore effective ways to build the efficiency of township administrative services,and improve the party's and state's ability to govern have become issues that local governments must thoroughly explore and study.At present,the research on the efficiency construction of administrative services of township governments in China is still in its infancy,the theoretical research is not deep enough,and there is no consensus from connotation to operation to form a systematic framework.In practice,some township governments are constrained by their own factors,and the various shortcomings and deficiencies are not effectively resolved,and the expected results have not been achieved.Therefore,it is of great practical and theoretical significance to study the evaluation of the administrative service efficiency of township governments.This paper takes Dalingshan Town of Dongguan City as the research object,mainly uses the analytic hierarchy process and expert evaluation method to evaluate the efficiency of administrative services in Dalingshan Town of Dongguan City.First of all,this paper introduces the research background and significance,and then analyzes the current situation of administrative services in Dalingshan Town,Dongguan City,including the main practices and effectiveness as well as the existing problems.Then the paper makes an empirical study on the evaluation of the administrative service efficiency of Dalingshan Town,Dongguan City,constructs the evaluation system of the administrative service efficiency of Dalingshan Town,Dongguan City,puts forward the evaluation results of the administrative service efficiency of Dalingshan Town,Dongguan City,and finally expounds some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the administrative service efficiency of Dalingshan Town,Dongguancity.From the establishment and improvement of system mechanism,innovation of management methods,practical transformation of government functions,improvement of service capacity and other aspects,this paper identifies the existing problems in its administrative service efficiency,and puts forward solutions.It provides useful reference for the government of Dalingshan Town in Dongguan City to further improve the efficiency of administrative services.
