Government performance management, is a good way to promote scientificdevelopment, accelerate transformation of the mode of economic development and acomprehensive effective way to strengthen the construction of the government itself.Aims to promote the government to speed up the functional transformation andmanagement innovation, realize the government management scientific,standardization, refinement, and improve the administrative efficiency, improve jobperformance. Based on NG area as the research object, this paper stands on the pointof view of a service-oriented government, the analysis of the performance evaluationsystem and the implementation, ZhaBai problem, analysis the reason, put forwardSuggestions for improvement. The first chapter is the introduction part, mainlyintroduces the paper selected topic background, research purpose and significance,research methods, technical route and the status quo at home and abroad. The secondchapter for the theoretical part, mainly elaborates the concept and connotation of theperformance evaluation, related theory, as well as the typical domestic governmentperformance evaluation model. The third chapter is the basic part, mainly introducesthe present situation of performance evaluation in NG. The fourth chapter for problemanalysis, the main research and analysis the problems existing in the performanceevaluation process of NG area, as well as the causes of problems. The problemsexisting in the main variable now: the cognitive deviation of government performanceevaluation; The imperfection of the performance evaluation standard; The results ofthe performance evaluation using non-standard. Investigate its reason, is that a concept is relatively old,2it is lack of legal protection, three is relatively backwardtechnology, four is the talent training needs to be strengthened, practicalinformatization level is not high. The fifth chapter is suggestion part, promote thehealthy and sustained NG area performance evaluation put forward Suggestions forimprovement. One is renew the idea to raise the level of understanding, the other is tofoster the government performance evaluation culture, three is to perfect the indexsystem, four is completes the evaluation system guarantee, five is specification usingthe appraisal results, six is to strengthen the implementation of the performanceevaluation process and communication counselling, seven is to strengthen the trainingperformance.
