Research On Electronic Information Security Management Of Government Sector

The rapid development of information technology has promoted global informatization and networking.With its wide application,e-government has become an inevitable trend of the times.The e-government system contains a large amount of non-public information of government departments and core confidential content.If these contents are obtained by unauthorized persons,especially criminals,it will have a serious impact on national security and social stability.At present,with the rapid development of electronic informatization,relying solely on firewalls and antivirus systems to implement local security protection for government departments' networks,it is difficult to ensure their information security,and some regions still lack more extensive and in-depth Research has led to increasingly serious electronic information security issues in government departments.Based on this,it is of great significance to find out the problems faced by government departments in electronic information security and propose effective solutions.This paper analyzes the research results of relevant literature at home and abroad,and concludes that to ensure the security of electronic information in government departments,it is necessary not only to strengthen technical means but also to solve problems from management.Research can be carried out from three aspects: personnel,technology,and system,and from relatively few confidential departments.Expansion of functions and information security supervision.This study takes information resource management theory,crisis management theory,risk governance theory as the theoretical guidance,taking Zhengzhou area as an example,randomly selects some provincial and municipal departments,and conducts the status quo of electronic information network security management from six aspects survey.Analyze the problems faced by the government department's electronic information security management by summarizing the data.According to the problems,distinguish the two aspects of technical means and administrative management,analyze the reasons affecting the government department's electronic information security management,and propose eight aspects for the existing problems Management strategies and recommendations.First,by analyzing the current situation of information technology localization,we have formulated strategies to promote the localization of government information system software and hardware in different levels and fields;second,we have established electronic information security supervision center,and introduced network security situation awareness system;third,we have strengthened the construction of network law enforcement team,gave full play to the functions of law enforcement departments,and governed the network according to law.
