The Research On The Role Of Government In The Smart Elderly Home-based Care Service

The background of aging population is more serious,and modern information technology develops rapidly,such as Internet,internet of things and large data,the traditional elderly home-based care service is difficult to meet the needs of the elderly because of the reduced adaptability.Therefore,how to solve the problems of the traditional elderly home-based care services and how the government fully play its role in the pension career under the premise of fulfilling its function effectively should be taken into consideration.As a positive exploration and innovation,the smart elderly home-based care service will bring an effective way to alleviate and even solve this problem.However,because of its immaturity,it is urgent for the government to promote and guide the development.In order to take the responsibility effectively,fulfill the public service function fully and play a positive role in the smart elderly home-based care service,the government must improve and perfect its role correspondingly.So,it is important to study how to improve the role of the government in the smart elderly home-based care service.This paper is mainly guided by the theories of public goods,government function and new public service,using the case analysis method and comparative research method to direct the text.This paper mainly studies the role of the government in the smart elderly home-based care service.First,the paper analyzes the basic situation of the government's role combining with the development of the current smart elderly home-based care service and the specific practice of the government in the typical pilot work.Then,it points out the main problems and causes of the government's role.Finally,aiming at the practical problems,the paper combines the relevant practice of foreign representative countries and the experience of typical pilot cities in China,learning from the experience of the government to play its role effectively in the current smart elderly home-based care service and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the government's role.
