Research On The Realization Mechanism Of Community Public Service Virtual Agglomeration Under The Background Of "Intelligence +"

With the iterative updating of Internet,big data,cloud platform and Internet of things and the continuous expansion of network scale,various elements of modern urban entities and virtual spaces have gradually realized interaction and integration.As a result,the traditional ways of connecting people,people and things,and people and services are breaking down,the geographical boundaries among communities,multiple supply subjects and supply and demand subjects are becoming increasingly blurred,and the material and geographical connections and ties are becoming increasingly loose.Correspondingly,Correspondingly,the efficiency aggregation effect among the field,the supply subject and the service object of community public service has gradually changed from the entity agglomeration with geographical concentration as the necessary condition to the virtual agglomeration mode with networking disembodiment interaction as the core.Finally,the theoretical research and practical application around this model have also become a major subject that public domain scholars and community workers must explore.Therefore,the research takes the community public service supply mode as the research object,and discusses the transformation and development of community public service mode under the background of “intelligence +”.The conclusions are as follows :firstly,describe the value and advantages of virtual agglomeration of community public services from the perspectives of theoretical innovation,context analysis,value description,and functional analysis,so as to build a basic cognitive framework and realize theoretical innovation of "virtual agglomeration".Secondly,through a single case study,puts forward a development stage evolution framework including carrier construction,subject composition and ecosphere,and reveals the development law of community public service virtual agglomeration from "Cultivate basic tools-build service platform-ecosystem growth" in the context of "intelligence +".Thirdly,focuse on the three aspects of the core subject endowment capacity,the platform gathering capacity,and the supporting capacity of relevant participants.Constructed 31 categories of virtual agglomeration service level indicators at 7 levels,and carried out a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of typical real-life cases,and summarized the main problems and weak points of thecurrent community public service virtual agglomeration.Fourthly,based on the empirical conclusions,the corresponding promotion mechanism is proposed from the aspects of guiding objectives,publicity and mobilization,response and feedback,main body coordination,resource allocation,relationship expansion,supervision and evaluation,etc.Through research,on the one hand,it has enriched and expanded the new perspectives and ideas of community public service governance at the theoretical level,and constructed a theoretical system framework and a new logic of practical application of community public service virtual aggregation.On the other hand,at the practical level,it provides an innovative implementation mechanism for community public service virtual machine aggregation,which has important reference value for the development of intelligent supply of community public services.
