A Study On The Application Of Local Cultural Resources In The Activities Of Young Pioneers

Local culture,as an indispensable cultural treasure of the Chinese nation,carries the lifestyle and values of people in specific regions,and has unique educational value.The main task of the Young Pioneers organization is to educate the children on ideology,that is,political enlightenment,and to cultivate their political sentiment towards the motherland.The application of local cultural resources to Young Pioneers activities has an important role in fostering the simple patriotism of young children and enhancing the educational value of Young Pioneers activities.Based on this,this subject aims to clarify the inherent compatibility of the local cultural resources and the Young Pioneers activities,explore the application status and existing problems,analyze the reasons,and then explore the optimal path of the local cultural resources for the Young Pioneers activities.This article selects the Young Pioneer Counselors and Young Pioneers of 6 elementary schools in Jinhua City as the survey objects,and understands the basic situation of the application of local cultural resources to the Young Pioneer activities through a questionnaire survey.The survey found that the main problems of the application of local cultural resources in the Young Pioneers activities are:narrow content and monotonous activities,single flow in form and evaluation,weak development and weak atmosphere.The main reason is that the Young Pioneers 'counselors are not professional enough,the Young Pioneers' subjective awareness is weak,the activity support ability is insufficient,and the multiple impact on the local culture.Based on the above analysis,this paper proposes an optimized path for applying the local cultural resources to the Young Pioneers activities from three aspects:subject,object and ring.First,enhance the professional level of the counselor,strengthen the identity of the young pioneers,and enhance the active path of the teacher-student interaction;Second,dig into the characteristic content,innovate the use of the form;Third,construct a ring-body security path for parent participation,school security,community collaboration,and a social atmosphere.Hope to enhance the cultural identity of children and adolescents,enhance their national pride;Enrich the Young Pioneers' activity resources,broaden the Young Pioneers' activity forms,stimulate the Young Pioneers' organizational vitality,build a series of Young Pioneers activities with the theme of local cultural resources,and better promote the inheritance and abandonment of local cultural resources.
