Study On The Covert Operations Of The United States Toward China During The Cold War

Shortly after the founding of the People's Republic of China,it became the focus of the CIA,and the rise of covert operations in China has been in the cold war for more than 40 years.The stage of the US's covert operations against China is obvious,its characteristics are outstanding,and its activities are regular.Nowadays,the US "financial war" and "trade war" against China continue to escalate.We must not only do a positive struggle but also do a hidden struggle.It can be said that the study of the United States' covert operations against China during the Cold War is extremely valuable.It not only helps us to understand history,grasp the law,but also contributes to the practice of the current hidden front struggle.Generally speaking,the main body of this thesis is divided into four parts: policy formulation and historical trajectory,organization and implementation,evaluation and enlightenment.The first part of the thesis focuses on the definition,characteristics,status and role of concealed actions in the US intelligence community.This is the logical starting point for the research of this topic,and then summarizes the hidden action policies and historical evolution of China.Then,the second part of the thesis analyzes in detail the organizational implementation agencies related to the covert operations in China,and in-depth study of the process of formulating and implementing the covert action plan for China.In addition,the third part of the thesis comprehensively reviews the US concealment actions against China during the Cold War,and conducts in-depth analysis and interpretation from the characteristics,effects and existing problems.Finally,the fourth part of the thesis combines the research of the subject with the specific work,and strives to explore useful thinking and enlightenment on theoretical research and practical work.
