Research On The Effect Of Centralized Training Of Rural Grassroots Cadres

In recent years,the state has paid more and more attention to the education and training of cadres,and since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has given important instructions on the education and training of cadres in a series of speeches.As the backbone of the development of the new socialist countryside,the rural cadres at the grass-roots level have a direct impact on the overall image of our cadres in the hearts of the people and indirectly on the development of the Communist Party of China and the national cause.Through the training work of the cadre team at the grass-roots level,we can effectively and conveniently improve the work ability,knowledge level and ability of the cadre team.Therefore,the training of rural cadres at the grass-roots level is particularly important.At present,there are many kinds of training for rural grassroots cadres in Fuzhou.According to the training target groups,there are business training for different groups such as party affairs cadres and women's Federation cadres;according to the training methods,there are short-term centralized training,distance education training,online school training,education base practice training and other forms;according to the training content,there are ideological and political training such as theoretical training,special business training such as policy training,science and technology training,management and so on Management training,legal training,etc.This paper intends to study the training effect of the main class of cadre training in the spring semester of 2018 in Fuqing City.Through a large number of literature research and expert consultation in the early stage,a scientific and effective questionnaire was designed to investigate about 150 grassroots cadres who participated in the main class of cadre training in the spring semester of 2018 in Fuqing City.Through SPSS to input,sort and count all the valid questionnaire data,based on the four-level training effect evaluation model of Coriolis,combined with the actual situation,this paper analyzes and evaluates the training effect of the main class of cadre training in the spring semester of 2018 in Fuqing City,sums up the problems existing in the training effect of the main class of cadre training in Fuqing City,and analyzes the factors affecting the training effect To explore strategies to improve the training effect.
