The incentive status of township civil servants directly determines the work effect of the grass-roots government,the recognition of the masses of the people to the government,and the ruling ability of our party.Salary is an important material source for everyone's survival.For civil servants,salary is also the embodiment of their social value.To a certain extent,it also represents their own social status.Better salary often brings greater work motivation.Based on the incentive theory,aiming at the compensation incentive mechanism of township civil servants,taking Liandu District of Lishui City as an example,this paper uses the incentive mechanism theory,through empirical analysis and comparative research,and on the basis of summarizing the relevant compensation incentive measures at home and abroad,carries out research activities on the current situation and existing problems of the compensation incentive mechanism of some township civil servants in Lishui City,According to the current situation of township government,this paper summarizes the relevant experience,and puts forward a series of feasible suggestions for the grass-roots government to improve the incentive means of township civil servants' salary.This paper explores the improvement of the compensation incentive mechanism of township civil servants through five parts: the first part of the introduction summarizes the relevant compensation incentive measures at home and abroad,expounds the reasons for choosing the topic and the methods to solve the problems,and points out the innovation of this paper;the second part is the analysis of the concept of compensation incentive mechanism;the third part takes Liandu District of Lishui City as an example Through the investigation and investigation of the current situation of the compensation incentive mechanism of the township civil servants in Liandu District,Lishui City,this paper sums up the reasonable and effective parts,and puts forward the problems that need to be solved urgently,such as unreasonable salary distribution structure,no real link between salary and performance appraisal,and too single compensation incentive means.The fourth part is divided into three parts according to the specific situation The fifth part puts forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions on improving the incentive mechanism of township civil servants' salary in Liandu District,including adjusting and optimizing the structure of township civil servants' salary,improving the scientific application of the results of township civil servants' performance appraisal,and improving the supervision system of township civil servants' salary And so on.Township civil servants have always been in the largest group of civil servant system in China.Their work style and work level are directly related to the image of the party and the government in the public.With the implementation of our country's Rural Revitalization Strategy,we need to pay attention to how to mobilize the enthusiasm of township civil servants and improve the public's recognition of the party and the government,which is not only related to whether the Rural Revitalization Strategy can be effectively promoted,but also has important practical significance for the economic development of rural areas.
