In the face of the aging population,the increasingly severe aging and the weakening of the family pension function,although China's pension service system is constantly improving,in the face of the needs of the large and volatile elderly population and the complex aging problem,the pension service system is facing a great challenge.And in the process of response to this problem,often overlooked the practice exploration: such a possible from the perspective of longitudinal all ages will youth friendly with elderly friendly concept,the combination of using social work professional advantage,grasp the social level of blood generation demand complementarity and interoperability between young talents,mining old force,by inter-generational mutual win-win situation.In the international community,the value concept and practice of intergenerational mutual assistance are being recognized and advocated by all countries.Based on this,the author in hangzhou L nursing home "company is the longest love confessions" inter-generational mutual aid endowment service project as the research object,describe the inter-generational mutual service operation process of the project,the analysis of features of domestic inter-generational mutual service project operation,effective,and in the period of social transition generation concept and inter-generational relations,management modernization under the background of elderly welfare services innovative exploration of social root.On the basis of analyzing the existing problems,this paper discusses the policy Suggestions on the sustainable operation of intergenerational mutual service projects.The policy Suggestions are as follows: first,we should optimize the operation management system of inter-generational mutual pension service projects;Secondly,we should strengthen the professional support and capacity building of social workers.Thirdly,we should improve the evaluation system of intergenerational mutual pension service projects.Fourth,we should strengthen the advocacy of the concept of intergenerational mutual assistance and the institutionalization of policies and regulations.In a word,the sustainable development of intergenerational mutual support for the elderly needs to continuously promote intergenerational mutual service projects in China to be able to actively practice and explore innovation;In the process of practice and exploration,it is necessary to pay close attention to the pain points of "two types of people",integrate resources,optimize allocation,share between generations,and give play to the functions and roles of professional social workers.At the same time,we will actively introduce multiple subjects to participate in and cooperate with each other,further carry forward the fine traditional culture of respecting the old and caring for the old,and advocating the integration and mutual assistance between generations and the harmonious development of society.
