Research On The Cultivation Of Volunteer Organizations In Transitional Communities From The Strengths Perspective

The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress pointed out the importance of Improving a pluralistic social governance system and promoting the institutionalized development of voluntary services.This new era background provides opportunities for cultivating volunteer organizations in mixed transition communities,mobilizing residents to participate in community volunteer organizations,and promoting the transformation of transition communities through community volunteer organizations.At present,domestic researches on how to cultivate institutionalized volunteer organization processes from scratch are still under the background of the transition community.Therefore,the purpose of this thesis is tantamount to study the process and strategy of community volunteer organization cultivation,as well as the problems and effects of volunteer participation in the governance of the community conversion.Based on the theory of strengths perspective,the thesis uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative research to analyze the advantages and resources of residents and transformed communities,including the physical,human,and financial resources of transformed communities,as well as the residents’ own advantages and resources.According to the advantages and needs of residents and communities,community volunteer organizations have established four different volunteer teams and corresponding management systems for volunteer organizations,including the procedures for residents to enter and exit volunteer organizations,the volunteer training mechanism,and Incentive mechanism and archives management system.And by taking volunteer service activities of volunteers to persuade the residents to stop the electric discharge car as a practical case,the process and methods of cultivating community volunteers and the obstacles encountered in the process of volunteer activities are discussed in detail.The study found that cultivating volunteer teams based on the strengths perspective can promote the advantages of volunteers and make effective use of community resources;the construction of a comprehensive system of volunteer organizations,the positive and negative incentives of volunteers,and the training ofvolunteers.It is important in order to mobilize the enthusiasm of volunteer service and improve the ability of volunteers,and it is also conducive to the continuous operation of community volunteer organizations.The cultivation of volunteer organizations has also achieved certain results.The establishment and service activities of volunteer organizations have not only improved the cohesion between volunteers,but also allowed volunteers to assist community workers to work more efficiently and promoted The settlement of community problems has also promoted the diversified autonomy of the transformed communities and the transformation of residents’ citizenization to a certain extent,and has also strengthened the community’s influence.However,there are also problems such as the incomplete use of strengths perspectives,the low continuity of volunteer service activities,the lack of recognition of volunteers by residents,and the difficulty of meeting resource diversity needs of a single resource link.
