Research On The Operation Of The Current Democratic Council From The Perspective Of Rural Community Governance

There are a lot of researches on the rural Democratic Councils in the academic circles.From the perspective of promoting the true practice of village self-government and promoting the effective development of rural community governance,it has played a greater role.Although the Democratic Council studied in this paper is consistent with the rural Democratic Council,they belong to different concrete forms of practice.In addition,the implementation of the Democratic Council has transformed a problem village and strengthened the practice of democratic decision-making.Therefore,it is of certain significance to study it.The research question in this paper is: What is the operational problem between the current Democratic Council and the ideal state in the perspective of rural community governance? Based on the starting point of further improving the universality of the rural community governance model,this paper takes the pilot project of T-town C village in Z district as an example,using case analysis method,through open interviews,participatory observation and questionnaires.The advantages,modes of operation and governance functions of the current rural Democratic Councils;and the discovery that the three important governance bodies of the village committees,village representatives and villagers are subject to objective and objective factors,and the village governance performance in the current Democratic Council Compared with the ideal state,there are still some problems and gaps,and finally put forward countermeasures and suggestions.I hope this article can contribute to the improvement of the current Democratic Council and the promotion of villager autonomy.
