Research On The Yuetan Sub-district Community Governance Mechanism

The community governance system is of great necessity and significance to the development of the community,according to the actual needs of residents and units,Yuetan sub-district office gives full play to the functions of the street,and promote the synchronization,social construction and social forces in government vertical management in horizontal coordination based on the three basic principles which are according to the conditions,coordinated development and benefit sharing.In order to test and summarize the community governance work,seek a better method to find and solve problems,this article aims to improve the efficiency of community governance work based on the case study of Yuetan sub-district office.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1,This paper introduces the research background,the research content,the purpose and significance of the research,the methods used in the research,as well as innovation,and the framework of this paper.2,After consulting a large number of domestic and foreign references and academic works on community governance,the concept of community governance is discussed.3,Introduce the Yuetan Street Community Governance's situation.In one hand,introduce the basic situation of the Yuetan sub-district office.In the other hand,promoting the "three mechanisms" to sort out,including a home,in a much more commission station "comprehensive pilot and promote the community party organization under the leadership of participatory governance,promote and optimize the community masses satisfaction evaluation,well to prepare for the next chapter of empirical studies.4,Put forward the existing Yuetan sub-district office community governance mechanism,governance rights are not clear,including the community residents to participate in community governance,low degree of community workers problems,and the causes for the problems of sorting and analysis.5,Put forward to solve the existing governance mechanisms in Yuetan sub-district office Community suggestions,and suggestions for the promotion,which has more extensive applicability.This paper put forward some useful suggestions from the establishment to improve community governance mechanism,guarantee the residents to participate in community governance degree,strengthen the construction,develop and raise social organization,four aspects to improve the assessment mechanism,how to improve the governance mechanism of put forward some useful suggestions.
