Project Quality Management Research About Monitoring System Of C City

With the development of information technology,information systems has been integrated into the whole process of public security organs,involved in all aspects of information system,has made important contributions to improve the operating efficiency of public security organs.However,in the process of the construction of public security information system,Because of the difference of the quality characteristic and general product or service in the public security traffic information construction project,the modern enterprise quality management theory and technology tools is difficult to be used directly in the quality management.These problems restrict the information system for public security traffic organs development promoter action,the development of the public security traffic information construction project has encountered a bottleneck.First,this paper introduces the challenges faced by the current public security information construction projects,process management system CMM standards and related concepts for improving product quality,the idea of CMM is introduced into the quality management of public security traffic information project.Secondly,according to the quality problems of C city monitoring system project,conducted depth analysis by comparison and data analysis method of quality management problems of the monitoring system project,In view of the uniqueness of the public security traffic information project,this paper points out the problems existing in the organization structure,personnel management,process control and other causes of the public security traffic department of C city.Then,based on the theory and project management theory,this paper puts forward a reasonable optimization scheme for the project quality management,and verifies the optimization scheme in the project.It provides some methodological support for the successful implementation of the information project of the public security traffic department.Finally,to optimize the effect of monitoring system project management are analyzed,especially the improvement in demand management,schedule management,quality management.It has certain guiding significance to the construction of the quality management of the information project of public security traffic.
