On January 19,2019,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,the State Council promulgated several opinions on adhering to the priority Development of Agriculture and Rural areas and doing a good job in the work of "Agriculture,Countryside and Rural areas",clearly pointing out the need to improve the care and service system for the elderly We will support the development of multi-level rural pension programs.At the same time,with the deepening of the aging degree in the rural areas of China,the traditional old-age model provided by the government has made the financial burden overburdened,and it is difficult to meet the growing demand for old-age services for the elderly.All walks of life in the society are looking for solutions to the rural old-age,rural pension problem has gradually become a hot issue widely concerned by the society.In the rural society of China,there have always been many problems.The informal system corresponding to the formal system,as an implicit system and informal constraint,can influence the people's ideological trend,the action orientation and the restriction of the people's actions,And become a useful supplement to the rural formal system.Based on this,this paper,from the angle of the informal system,tries to provide a new solution for solving the problem of the supply of the rural old-age service in our country.Based on the view of the informal system,this paper,based on the introduction of the concept of the informal system and the supply of the old-age service,based on the public product theory and the informal system theory,summarizes the change history and characteristics of the rural old-age service supply.The aim of this paper is to find out the law of the supply and development of the rural old-age service,and to make a theoretical foundation for solving the problem of the supply of the rural old-age service In this paper,it is found that there are many problems in China's rural areas,such as the disintegration of the clan community,the decline of the traditional moral function,the backward customs and the deep-rooted consciousness of the small peasant,which greatly affected the supply level of the rural old-age service,and raised the vacancy and supply of the traditional supply of the old-age service.There are a series of problems such as lack of content,non-science of supply decision,and backward supply management.In view of this,this paper,through the field investigation and the related theories of the P village in Ganzhou,thinks it is necessary to strengthen the old-age moral construction in the countryside,carry forward the rural excellent culture and give full play to the informal system path,such as the rural mutual aid tradition,through the promotion of the new type of the old-age concept,the strengthening of the old moral construction in the rural areas,the promotion of the rural excellent culture,and the To improve the supply level of the rural old-age service in our country.
