Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Current Rural Culture In China

Rural culture is an important task and goal of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)to achieve rural rejuvenation and win the overall well-off society.It is also an important part of the construction of socialist spiritual civilization in rural areas.To some extent,it reflects the requirements of rural economic,political,cultural and social development under the new situation,and plays an important role in rural economic and social development.The construction of rural culture civilization is essentially the construction of rural spiritual civilization,its connotation includes culture,customs,legal system and many other aspects,the extension involves many aspects of family style,village style,family rules,village rules,these aspects involve a wide range,reflecting the requirements for the improvement of the overall quality of farmers,pointing out the development direction for the construction of rural culture.The construction of rural culture plays an important role in the realization of rural vitalization,which is conducive to promoting harmonious rural construction,improving the civilized quality of farmers,forming a social trend of advocating scientific and legal system,and promoting the transformation of backward production and living styles in rural areas.The purpose of this study is to enrich the research results of the construction of rural culture and to offer Suggestions for the construction of rural culture in China.Through literature review and practice research,the connotation of rural culture construction and related theories are explained,combined with the summary of the current situation of rural culture construction,the causes of problems are analyzed,and finally,specific and practical countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.Apart from the introduction,this paper is divided into the following five parts:The first part,the main content is the philosophical basis of the construction of rural civilization,mainly from the marxism theory of comprehensive development and social organism theory to elaborate.Deepening the understanding of the theoretical basis of the construction of rural culture is more conducive to the implementation of the work of the construction of rural culture.The second part,the main content is the concept of rural civilization and the characteristics and significance of rural civilization.In this section,the author through the literature review and analysis,this paper expounds the local custom civilization is put forward,and the academic circles about the local custom of the different definitions of the civilization connotation,and combined with their own understanding of the local custom civilization from the guiding ideology,the premise,essence,goal and overall requirements for the local custom civilization definition,and explains the characteristics of polite phenomenon.The third part,using literature research and empirical study,this paper analyzes the local custom uncivilized phenomenon in China's rural and could cause social harm,family ethics anomie,serious marriage funeral customs,rural social morality level drops,the feudal superstition still village,loss of house rules,it is not yet perfect,and these phenomena caused by social harm,from start-up,house rules,Village style,Village regulations four aspects,from macro to micro,from spirit to illustrates the comprehensive regulations.Researches in the fourth part,and concludes that our country rural local custom uncivilized phenomenon is mainly due to the impact of the market economy,the local custom civilization construction main body outflow,follow villager of guide,backwardness of rural public health cultural undertakings,and farmers own idea is relatively backward,involving economic,political,cultural and social fields.The fifth part combines the guiding ideology of the party central committee on the construction of rural culture and civilization,the theory of rural construction and the rural reality,and puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions.These measures include the development of rural industry,the improvement of investment mechanism,the transformation of cadres' farmers' ideological understanding,the purification of rural cultural environment,and the construction of a three-in-one rural governance system.
