The rapid development of private enterprises has made a great contribution to China's economic development and people's employment.General secretary Xi Jinping has stressed that in the past 40 years of reform and opening up,private enterprises have flourished and the private economy has grown from small to large and from weak to strong.They have played an important role in stabilizing growth,promoting innovation,creating more jobs and improving people's livelihood,and have become an important force to promote economic and social development.It is the consistent policy of the CPC central committee to support the development of private enterprises.Listed private enterprises,as the leaders in the private economy,lead millions of workers to work hard,innovate constantly,go to the world,and create China's miracle.What's more,they have got the country's strong support.But in recent years,we heard some shocking news,such as Zhang Haichao who underwent a chest operation to test his lungs,the collective resignation of Huawei employees,Foxconn employees jumping off buildings and so on.These events can not help but make us ponder: where is the legal rights and interests of workers in listed private enterprises? It is known that for a long time,private enterprises violate laborer rights and interests from time to time,seriously impact on the development of laborers ' working enthusiasm and enterprise vitality,and seriously violating,the country's labor and social security laws and regulations,It makes us rethink and it is high time to take strong effective measures to solve the problem.Under the current new normal,China's economic structure has been constantly optimized and upgraded.China's economic growth is becoming more stable and diversified,which is a crucial period for its transformation and development.As the backbone of national economy,private economy should not blindly pursue low cost and high efficiency,but should focus on the long-term foothold and development of enterprises.Therefore,the current research on how to effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers in private enterprises to ease the current tensions between labor and capital has important practical significance..Founded in the 1990 s,Y enterprise is a private listed enterprise with rapid development.In 1998,it was listed on the Shanghai stock exchange.Today,it has become a large listed private enterprise with more than 9,000 employees.With the continuous improvement of laws and regulations on the protection of workers' rights and regulations in China and the strengthening of the protection of workers' rights and interests,a considerable number of private enterprises,including Y,have begun to attach importance to the protection of workers' rights and interests.However,in order to increase profit,improve efficiency and expand production scale,it is common for employees to work overtime and labor conflicts occur from time to time,so workers' rights and interests needs to be protected.Protecting the legitimate rights and interests of enterprise workers can not only ease the labor conflicts,but also promote the well-being of workers,greatly improve productivity,enhance the economic benefits of enterprises,and promote the vigorous development of enterprises.This paper takes the protection of workers' rights and interests in enterprise Y as the main content of the research.By visiting and investigating the internal labor relations and protection of workers' rights and interests in enterprise Y,it summarizes the existing problems in the protection of workers' rights and interests in enterprise Y,a listed private enterprise,and analyzes the causes.Finally from the law,government,trade unions and enterprises in four aspects,such as labor and improvement measures are proposed: to perfect the relevant laws and regulations,workers' rights and interests of the government and the functional departments at various levels shall,in accordance with the law to take drastic measures,to strengthen supervision and punishment,and at the same time to play the role of trade unions,real voice on behalf of the rights and interests of workers,strengthen the non-public enterprises and workers of legal publicity and education,improve the private enterprise in accordance with the law for the cost of worker pay society insurance initiative,education worker is good at using legal weapon to protect their social security rights and interests,etc.In this way,labor and capital conflicts such as "difficult management" and "unstable" in Y enterprise can be alleviated,and the sustainable and healthy development of listed private enterprises can be vigorously promoted.
