Study On The Non Symmetry Of Private Enterprises And Themigrant Workers Rights And Obligations

Since the reform and opening-up policy, Chinese economic and social development has undergone profound historic changes. The private companies and various other economic forms are growing bigger and bigger. Peasant-workers, as a unique group in Chinese economic and social development, stage out and play an important role. But in the important period of transition of economic and social development, due to the economic and social system and other aspects of the defects, the rights of peasant workers are not appropriately protected and implemented in the process of the growing of the private companies. The distorting relationship between them causes many social and economic problems. On the basis of the information symmetry theory, this paper, taking Chen Ning Expressway for example, tries to analyze the reality of the asymmetry between the private companies and the rights of peasant-workers in a general theoretical analysis, to research on the legal policy and reasons of the asymmetry and the negative impact arising from the asymmetry relation between them, to explore the solution to the asymmetry problems between the rights of peasant-workers and the private companies, the general idea of the asymmetry, the policy framework and the choices of the solutions.
