Research On The Government's Administrative Decision Mechanism In The Era Of Big Data

In the long development history of human society,human beings have experienced the agricultural revolution and the industrial revolution that changed their destiny,and successfully started the third revolution after the agricultural revolution and the industrial revolution in the 1940 s and 1950s--the scientific and technological revolution,which also ushered us into a new era--the information age.In such an era,the Internet,the Internet of things and cloud computing have been fully developed,and big data as a new term has also emerged.Since the beginning of the 21 st century,big data has been more widely used,ranging from national strategic deployment and homeland security to daily shopping and travelling.As a new technology,big data can seamlessly connect the physical world with the real world and the network world.As a new thinking,big data can influence the government's decision-making and even the direction of social development.As a new method,big data can really promote the scientific decision-making of the government through the chain of data-information-knowledge-decision-making.Throughout the world,big data has become one of the key elements of the core competitiveness of all countries.At present,China's government reform has reached a critical step,with complicated stakeholders and sharp escalation of interest conflicts.How the government will respond to challenges in the face of such huge resistance to reform has become a hot spot.At the third plenary session of the 18 th central committee of the communist party of China(CPC),general secretary jinping Xi made it clear that the overall goal of China's deepening reform is to "improve the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and modernize the country's governance system and capacity".This paper mainly studies from the following four aspects.First of all,from the practical and theoretical two aspects to discuss the reasons for the topic,and on the basis of the study of domestic and foreign scholars on thebasis of the views of the analysis;Secondly,from the basic theory,the relevant concepts are explained.Then,on the basis of the comparison between the traditional government decision-making mechanism and the government decision-making mechanism in the era of big data,the problems faced by the government administrative decision-making mechanism in the era of big data are discussed through examples.Finally,from the different subsystems of the decision-making mechanism,some Suggestions are given.
