Research On The Optimal Allocation Of Police Resources Of Baotou Police Department K Branch

China's current form of the overall economy maintained a steady state of rapid development,and as the driving force of economic development,science and technology innovation is also changing,science and technology in bring people life convenient at the same time,criminal technical means are constantly updated,the current network fraud,drug trafficking,sex trade through the Internet APP cases present high incidence trend year by year.Under the situation of high incidence of new crimes,higher requirements are put forward to the police team of China's public security organs.Although the technical investigation means of public security organs always keep up with the development of science and technology,there is still a gap between the management mode of public security organs in China and the advanced experience of foreign countries.Especially in the economy is relatively backward area,due to various reasons,the scientific nature of the public security organ police resources management,innovation of auxiliary police work,efforts to on-the-job education of police officers training,is generally lower than the national average level,and in the Inner Mongolia Baotou K district public security organs,the public security organ at the grass-roots level of personnel age level presented shape,occupy the basic establishment of mostly poor physical health police age 45 years of age or older,and a smaller number of the rising young policeman is in business.It proves that the public security organs in district K still use the old police resource management mode in the new social environment.How to apply scientific management mode in the new social environment is a difficult problem in K area.This paper investigates the current situation of police resources of public security organs in K district and summarizes the problems in the use of police resources in K district.Based on the advanced experience of foreign and domestic police resources management and the actual police operation of the public security organ in K district,this paperputs forward some countermeasures and Suggestions to solve the dilemma of the public security organ in K district.This paper is divided into seven parts: The first part introduces the background,significance,innovation and research methods of this paper;The second part introduces the relevant theoretical concepts;The third part introduces the current situation of K District public security bureau.The fourth part points out the problems existing in K District public security sub-bureau.The fifth part analyzes the causes of the existing problems of the public security organs in K district.The sixth part puts forward corresponding measures for the allocation of police resources of K district public security organ.Integrate social management theory with public security personnel management,formulate a scientific police allocation management mechanism in line with K district,promote the police resources of K District to improve the fighting capacity of grassroots public security organs,improve the vocational education and training mechanism of public security staff,and promote the reform of public security auxiliary police.The seventh part draws the corresponding conclusion through the analysis of the first six parts.
