Study On The Adaptability Of Supply And Demand Of Hohhot Urban Home-based Care Service

According to the results of the sixth national census in 2010,Hohhot has entered an aging society,and the elderly population has continued to grow.The urban home-based care service,which is favored by the elderly,has become the preferred way for the elderly in most cities.The municipal party committee and government of Hohhot attach great importance to and make every effort to promote the development of home-based care service.However,urban home-based care service is still in the initial stage,and there is still a large gap between the supply and demand of home-based care service.In this context,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the supply and demand adaptiveness of Hohhot urban home-based care service.In this paper,20 communities in Hohhot were sampled for field research.The data results show that the gap between the supply and demand of urban home-based care service is mainly manifested in the following aspects: the service supply is obviously insufficient but the service demand is generally high;There is an imbalance in the supply of services between categories,between services within categories and between communities,while the demand for services is generally high.On this basis,using the analysis framework of social service supply and demand adaptability for reference,the supply and demand adaptability of home-based elderly care services in Hohhot city is measured from four dimensions: supply and demand relevance,supply and demand adaptability,service accessibility and service quality.The results show that the overall supply and demand adaptability of Hohhot urban home-based care service is low.According to the measurement results,this paper attempts to improve the supply and demand adaptiveness of Hohhot urban home-based care service from two aspects: supply and demand.In terms of supply,combining the theory of charm quality and Kano model,the paper divides the demand types of home-based care service and the demand tendency of various services according to the customer satisfaction coefficient.Combining the two,the Hohhot urban home-based care service is divided into four demand levels as the priority arrangement of home-based care service supply.At the same time,it is suggested to adjust the supply of Hohhot urban home-based care service from four aspects.These four aspects include: strengthening the relevance between supply and demand,improving the adaptability between supply and demand,promoting the accessibility of services,and improving the quality of services.In terms of demand,we should strengthen the awareness of the elderly at home to express their needs and establish and improve the demand expression channels to smooth the demand expression,clearly define the demand for home-based care services,regularly update the demand to meet the priority,and then adjust the supply content in combination with the new demand to meet the priority,so as to ultimately improve the supply and demand adaptability of Hohhot urban home-based care service.Through the continuous adjustment between supply and demand,the ineffective supply is reduced,the effective demand is increased,the gap between the supply and demand of Hohhot urban home-based care services is reduced,and the home-based care services in Hohhot urban are improved.
