The Research On Service Standardization Of Administrative Service Center In Zhuozhou

Administrative service standardization is the only way which must be passed in the construction on administrative services center.Promoting administrative service standardization is one of the effective measures to get through the last kilometer between government and people.And it is also one of the content of the construction on public service capacity.And even more so the key measure to construct service-oriented government.Each local administrative services center has launched administrative service standardization work at present,and has formed a series of administrative services center standards.The standardization administration of the P.R.C has also enacted a series of recommendatory national standards on administrative services center in succession.This paper has research on the works of service standardization of the administrative service center in Zhuozhou with the guide to administrative service center issued by Standardization Administration of the P.R.C.recent years.This paper defines,and expounds the correlative concepts,the contents,and the basis of theory,of the administrative service standardization and the recommended national standards on administrative services center.It analyses and researches the construction on public service standardization of the administrative service center in Zhuozhou by collecting and untangling the correlated documentations about the administrative service center in Zhuozhou and field investigation on these basis.Then it measures the basic requirements,the standard system,the complaint-handling,the service site management,the service items guideline,the online service,the information disclosure,the operation of administrative service center of administrative service center in Zhuozhou following 13 recommended national standards which published by the standardization administration of the P.R.C,unearthing the problems of the online service,the operation of administrative service center,the standard system,and the information disclosure existing in the center at present.And it analyses the reason of these problems.Then it puts forward the countermeasures from the aspect of strengthening the informatization construction of administrative service,regulating the operation of administrative service center,constructing the standardization system of local administrative service,and further deepening the openness of government affairs.
