A Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of The County-level Administration Service Center

With the reform of the economic system of China and the perfection of the socialist market economy, Chinese government is gradually shifting from an all-powerful government to a service-oriented government.As it is an important function of a service-oriented government to provide public service, the administrative service center emerges as the times require. The administrative service center is a comprehensive administrative service organization which is equipped with responsibilities given by governments at all levels to give all kinds of administrative services such as organization, coordination, management, supervision, providing regulations interpretations, service guide, business operation, service complaints and other specific affairs of administrative services. Under interaction of a series of reform actions like streamlining administration and delegating power, optimizing the reform of services and direct provincial supervision of individual counties, administrative service centers around the country are gradually adapting and adjusting.Taking Gushi County Administrative Service Center as the main research object, this paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of the center's current services and summaries the problems by sorting out the general affairs. At present, the main problems existing in the county administrative service center are that the service consciousness is not strong, the approval standards are not unified, the approval process is not standardized, etc. The writer analyzes the reasons of the formation of the problem and tries to improve the solution through the study so as to put forward her ideas and practical and feasible administrative strategies and suggestions to the county administrative service center.
