Research On The Reform Of Wuhan Monetized Official Vehicles And Improvement

Under the planned economic system,the government has adopted the official car system all the time,which can facilitate the needs of civil servant to go out to work,thus significantly improving the efficiency of the government.Nowadays,China's economy and all walks of life have achieved rapid development,the market economy system has been increasingly improved,and the system reform has been further deepened.China has bid farewell to the planned economy era,and the drawbacks of the official car system have become increasingly prominent.In the new era,the mechanism of the official car system is obviously unreasonable and unscientific.The phenomenon of private use of official cars and excessive allocation of official vehicles is not uncommon.More illegal officials have dominated the use of vehicles and turned the cars into privileged vehicles.All these have not only damaged the impression of civil servants,but also caused serious waste of state resources and increased the financial burden of country.What is more serious is that official vehicles have become one of the hotbeds of corruption,so it is imperative to reform the official car system.This study conducted a comprehensive understanding of the current reform of official vehicles in Wuhan,and conducted research based on theoretical knowledge,and put forward corresponding opinions and suggestions.The main object of this study is the reform of public vehicles in Wuhan.Through the empirical analysis,questionnaire and data analysis of the reform policies of the participating units and districts in Wuhan,this paper points out the inevitability,advantages and disadvantages of the monetized reform model.By using the methods of literature analysis,comparative analysis and questionnaire survey,this paper discusses the objectives and methods of bus reform in an all-round way.Firstly,this paper introduces the basic situation and main contents of Wuhan City in this field,including the objectives and responsibilities of Wuhan city's public vehicle reform policy,the main policy measures,the support and guarantee mechanism of the policy;then,it adopts the method of questionnaire to understand the development status of Wuhan city's monetized public vehicle reform policy,and based on this,it finds out the existing shortcomings,so as to put forward that Suggestions and Countermeasures for the implementation improvement.This research shows that the reform of official vehicles monetization has a good economic effect,but the social effect is very limited,mainly because the public's recognition of this model is not high.The main reason for this is that the monetary subsidy lacks a scientific and reasonable standard,the reform is not open,and the social supervision system is lacking.Therefore,in the process of implementing the reform of the official vehicles monetization,we must attach great importance to the social effects and improve the political benefits that the reform can achieve.The recommendations put forward in this study are that when reforming the bus currency,it is necessary to open up the reform process,formulate scientific and reasonable subsidy standards,and establish a practical social supervision system to improve the social effects brought about by the reform;Under the premise,fully integrate the actual situation and promote the smooth completion of the reform.
