| As an important part of the national governance system,the development and improvement of the registration management of social organizations have been internalized in the reform of national institutions and economic and social systems and mechanisms.However,the reform of Fangguanfu is in the ascendant.Its continuous expansion and deepening will certainly have a profound impact on the branch of social organization registration management,and objectively form a considerable pressure on the registration management system that has been formed.The auditor found through studying and combing of the related theory of literature that the current study on social organization management is committed to observe and evaluate the game playing between the government departments and social organizations;or is committed to design and construct the strategy and system of social organizations by using the theory tools.Although those two aspects of the research are necessary,always be aimless in the actual operation due to lack of a clear subject.The author believes that there is an urgent problem should be solved at present is to consider how to realize the effective governance of social organization by mobilizing limit force from the view of responsibility main body.This article along the veins of the our country social organization registration management system changes,in recent years,data of the typical case,policy document analysis,and draw the conclusion: the management of our existing system of dual control logic againsts the reform of Fangguanfu,and the social organization registration and management problems in the current performance is more intense.Based on this,the author puts forward the viewpoint that the registration management of social organizations must change from "prevention system" to "punishment system",and puts forward Suggestions on perfecting the legal system,perfecting the information disclosure system,strengthening the credit management of social organizations and so on. |
