Research On The Effectiveness Of Government Response In Online Public Opinion

With the continuous improvement of China's Internet informatization level,netizens use the Internet to enjoy convenient public services,and at the same time actively participate in the discussion of various social issues in the network space.The resulting online public opinions supervise and constrain social governance to a certain extent,and are also important references for government decision-making.In online public opinion,relevant government departments at all levels gradually learn the logic of "Internet +" and make positive attempts and progress in social governance and government management.The establishment of a benign online public opinion environment has always been an important part of the government's efforts to deepen various reforms.In recent years,online public opinions are generally stable,but there are still some public opinion events that have a strong impact on social emotions,such as the case of child abuse in red,yellow and blue kindergarten and the case of yuhuan in liaocheng,shandong.Under the complicated network public opinion environment of "we media",the public receives information from all aspects.The long-lasting online public opinion is prone to give rise to many negative emotions and online rumors,which cause great trouble to the government's response and have a negative impact on the order of the cyberspace.Therefore,it is of great significance for the standardized operation of cyberspace and the benign communication between the government and netizens to comprehensively investigate the government's response to online public opinions and improve the government's ability to effectively respond to public opinions.Firstly,this paper collected and analyzed a large number of hot social public opinion cases from 2016 to 2018.On the basis of summarizing the current situation of the government response to online public opinion in the past three years,it summarized and analyzed the ways,paths and characteristics of the government response,as well as the process and logic of the interaction between the government and netizens.Secondly,this paper attempts to analyze the characteristics of the current situation of the government's effective response and the government's response effect "failure" and the reasons.The government's response to online public opinion is a comprehensive and complex problem,and the rationalization of the government's response itself does not necessarily bring good response effects.This paper argues that under the premise of enriching the platform of government response to public opinion and focusing on public opinion,the "failure" of the effect of government response to public opinion is mainly due to the lack of prediction in government response,the disorder of public participation in government response,and the insufficient power of government response.Finally,in view of these problems,this paper analyzes the conditions affecting the effective government response in the network public opinion,and accordingly proposes the path selection to improve the effectiveness of the government response in the network public opinion,namely,Suggestions are made from the three aspects of government response democratization,Internet users' participation in order,and public opinion response linkage.
