Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Urban Community Governance In Baotou Baiyenebo

In recent years,the economy of Baiyun Obo mining area in Baotou has been developing rapidly,and with the rapid improvement of economic level,the level of community governance is also further improving.And because of the further increase of urban scale and the continuous change of social structure,people's needs are also developing in the direction of diversification,which brings some difficulties to community governance.At present,the analysis of community governance in the region is very necessary,which can not only ensure the stable development of society,but also ensure the smooth and happy life of people.This research involves the theory of public governance,multi-center governance and new public service,and combines the questionnaire survey method,data analysis method,comparative analysis method,field investigation method,interview method and other common research methods to carry out targeted research on community governance in Baiyun Obo mining area of Baotou City,in order to improve the overall quality of community governance.It is found that there are many problems to be solved,such as serious administrative tendency of neighborhood committee,low participation of community residents,slow growth of non-governmental organizations and uneven management level Wait.The main reasons are the unclear powers and responsibilities among the main bodies of community governance,the imperfect participation mechanism of community residents,the lack of relevant mechanisms to support and cultivate non-governmental organizations,and the imperfect incentive mechanism of community workers.This paper also draws lessons from the community governance model of developed countries,such as Singapore and the United States,and also refers to the governance model of other representative cities in Beijing,Wuhan and other countries,and provides a theoretical reference for Baotou city community governance after integrating and combing it.Finally,thecorresponding solution is established for Baotou city community governance,which is to clarify the responsibilities and responsibilities of the main body of community governance,improve the mechanism of community residents' participation,and strengthen the non-governmental group Weaving construction and improving the incentive mechanism for community workers.It is hoped that this paper will provide some references for the development and improvement of urban community governance in Baiyun Obo mining area of Baotou City.
