A Study On The Rural Social Governance In Ethnic Areas

Rural society and city have their own unique values,and they are all important ways of life that human beings should cherish.Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,with the acceleration of the well-off society in an all-round way and the change of people's ideas,the value of the countryside has been reexamined day by day,and the status and role of the countryside have been reevaluated and valued day by day,but the development of the rural society still lags behind the urbanization process.On the basis of the full development of urban and rural areas,it is the common goal of the party,the state and the people of all ethnic groups to combine the characteristics and advantages of urban and rural society,promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas,and make the people of all ethnic groups realize a well-off society.From the perspective of development and practice,the study of rural governance is actually rural construction,which is how to give ideas and ways for hundreds of millions of Chinese farmers to live a dignified and decent life.The changes of social structure since the reform and opening up have brought new problems and challenges to rural social governance.In the face of the governance requirements of the new era,the goal of rural governance is to innovate the rural social governance mechanism,improve the social governance ability,realize the rural revitalization,and enhance the sense of gain,happiness and identity of the people.China is a multi-ethnic country,with a vast ethnic area,different natural endowment,economic development level and cultural traditions,and different governance conditions and problems.The ethnic areas of Inner Mongolia are located in the northern border areas.As an important part of the governance capacity of the national governance system,they have important research significance and value from the aspects of national territorial security,economic and social development,ecological barrier in the northern part of the motherland and harmonious ethnic relations.This paper studies the social governance of Sumu in guriban,Naiman Banner,Inner Mongolia,from the aspects of economic development level,ecological environment problems,traditional ethnic culture and ethnic relations,using the methods of literature,comparative research and field investigation.The structure of the paper is divided into four parts: the first part of the basic concepts and related theories are combed.The second part points out the problems of social governance based on the analysis of the current situation of social governance.The third part analyzes the causes of the problems,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in the fourth part.
