Research On The Application Of Government Affairs In The Public Service In Xinjiang

Political communication is the core of political management and the cornerstone of achieving democracy.The Chinese government has been actively promoting e-government and providing public services to citizens,with the intention to reform itself towards a “service-oriented” administration,prepared for the changes in the Information Age.Therefore,Government Affairs Double Micro,which stands for official accounts set up by the government departments on WeChat and Weibo,two of the biggest social media platforms in Mainland China,are utilized in dealing with public affairs and governance in response to these changes.Based on the development of Xinjiang government affairs,this paper analyzes the application of Double Micro in public service.This dissertation is organized into six chapters,and the main research contents of each part are as follows:The Introduction briefs the research background and the significance of the topic "The application of Double Micro in Xinjiang public service",and combs and evaluates the research status of the topic at home and abroad,in order to clarify the structure of the article and the research content,research methods and innovations and deficiencies of the article.The first chapter is the theoretical framework of the full text.This part contains the related concepts of core concepts such as Double Micro and explains theories such as “Marxist State Governance Theory” and “Service-oriented Government Theory”.The second chapter introduces the necessity of the application of Double Micro in public service as well as the development history and status of government affairs.The third chapter introduces the application of Double Micro in Xinjiang public service,and takes the WeChat account "Last Kilometer" and Microblog account "Xinjiang Release" as examples,expounding the scope,process and the effect of the Double Micro,and studying information service,transaction service and participation service provided by such platforms.The fourth chapter analyzes the problems encountered in the application of Double Micro in Xinjiang and the causes of such problems.The fifth chapter seeks to provide suggestions for the Double Micro from four aspects: polishing up the function of government,upgrading the ability of governance,improving user awareness and service quality,establishing an effective interactive communication mechanism,and perfecting the management mechanism of the Double Micro platform to enhance its application in the public service in Xinjiang.The concluding chapter summarizes the main conclusions of the dissertation and gives a brief outlook on the future development.
