Study On The Supply Of Affordable Housing And Its Influencing Factors In Changzhi City

At present,China’s affordable housing construction has entered a period of rapid development,and a series of housing security systems have been established throughout the country.However,under the background of new urbanization,small and medium-sized cities face different housing security problems than first-tier cities.At present,most of China’s housing security research focuses on large cities or economically developed regions,or relatively focuses on the macro-level system construction.The results still have certain limitations on solving the housing security problems in small and medium-sized cities in practical work.Changzhi City is one of the top ten charming cities in the country.It is famous for its low price level and high happiness.It is a relatively influential city in the southeast of Shanxi Province.Since the implementation of affordable housing in Changzhi City in 2006,it has achieved remarkable results,but Changzhi City still has certain problems in the process of implementing the affordable housing policy,and lacks relevant special research on the supply of affordable housing.This paper finds out the current problems by comparing the supply and demand status of affordable housing in Changzhi City.Using the method of multiple linear regression analysis to quantitatively analyze the influencing factors of affordable housing supply,then the main factors affecting the supply of affordable housing in Changzhi City are obtained.Combined with the analysis of the reasons for the problems in the supply of affordable housing in Changzhi City,the following suggestions were made in a targeted manner: broaden funding sources and increase investment in affordable housing;improve land use efficiency,increase the supply of affordable housing;effectively develop supply plan to meet the housing needs of residents;optimize the housing economic environment to ensure good supply;improve relevant legal systems,achieve effective government supervision;improve relevant exit mechanisms to ensure the sustainable operation of affordable housing.
