To further strengthen the theory and practice of the heat-related injuries risk management research and build a sound and effective heat-related injuries risk management system,has very important significance for guaranteeing the successful implementation of military training under high temperature environment,reducing the incidence of stroke and the risk of heat-related injuries.This paper takes cadets of National University of Defense Technology as the research object,from the aspects of environmental factors,the subject factors and training factors;we comprehensively identified and categorized the risk factors that may lead to heat-related injuries of cadets.On the basis of referring domestic and foreign authoritative data and standards,the risk factors were graded,divided into high risk,medium risk and low risk factors;According to the dimension of time sequence,from preschool stage and post-enrollment stage,we made the countermeasures for heat-related injuries of cadets,and observed the effectiveness of heat-related injuries risk management system.This paper mainly draws the following conclusions through the study:(1)The risk factors that may lead to damage of cadets under heat environmental consists of environmental factor,subject factors and training factors.Environmental factors include temperature,humidity,wind and other risk factors.The subject factors include psychological risk factors and body fat percentage,cardiovascular function,sweat function and heat acclimatization condition,metabolic heat production,physical fitness level,physical condition and other physiological risk factors.Training factors mainly include exercise intensity,exercise/rest time and exercise frequency.(2)Each category of the subject factor,the environmental factor and the training factor,can be divided into three different levels: high risk,medium risk and low risk factors.(3)From the entrance medical examination in preschool stage to the heat stress measurement,training plan making,training process monitoring,heatstroke emergency treatment and diet and rest management in post-enrollment stage,we can establish the corresponding risk countermeasures.(4)The established heat-related injuries risk management system in this study is substantially effective in reducing the heat damage.And the system is of great importance for guaranteeing the successful implementation of military training under high temperature environment,reducing the incidence of stroke and the risk of heat-related injuries,and for improving the quality of military training.
