The grass-roots officers of Mobile Division in Armed Police thought that the task is heavy,long time but the treatment is not fair.Part of the grass-roots officers become more and more serious psychological imbalance,in the post are not responsible and passive work to cope,which led to the implementation of the quality of work is not high.Moreover,the current motivate mechanism has been unable to better motivate the grass-roots officers.Therefore,how to use the advanced theoretical method to establish a scientific and effective mechanism for the promotion of grass-roots officers and to promote the effective management of grass-roots officers is a very realistic and important subject.The equity is the basis and motivation of motivation,and motivate mechanism is built on equity.This paper is devoted to solving the problems of the motivations of the equity of the Mobile Division in Armed Police.Based on the equity theory and the methods of status quo analysis,finding the problem,analyzing the problem,solving the problem,the case verification,we have studied the how to enhance the work enthusiasm of grass-roots officers of the Mobile Division in Armed Police.First,the status quo and main problems of the motivate mechanism of the grass-roots officers of the Mobile Division in Armed Police were analyzed,and the reasons for the motivate problem of grass-roots officers was also analyzed.Then,based on the equity theory,the motivate framework of motivate mechanism of the grass-roots officers of the Mobile Division in Armed Police has been constructed,and the four measures,including organization cultural motivation,improve the fair assessment mechanism,standardize the work system and communication motivation,have been proposed.Finally,taking a Mobile Division in Armed Police as an example to analyze,the effectiveness of the motivation measures of the chief police officers of the armed police has been studied.The survey results show that the fair assessment mechanism and the sound training and learning mechanism have a significant incentive effect on the grass-roots officers,which also explains the validity of the Motivate mechanism of the grass-roots officers of the Mobile Division in Armed Police based on the equity theory.
