practitioners refer to natural persons who have received specialized systems of intellectual property professional training,possess intellectual property professional qualities and professional professional ethics of intellectual property practitioners,insufficient publicity and education of professional ethics of intellectual property practitioners,inadequate handling of intellectual property practitioners who pursue or violate professional ethics and the management of the professional ethics of intellectual property practitioners is not perfect enough.Investigating the crux of the problem,on the one hand,the content of the professional ethics of intellectual property practitioners is not yet clear;on the other hand,there is a lack of a path to develop the professional ethics of intellectual property practitioners.In order to solve the problems existing in the field of professional ethics of intellectual property practitioners,trying to put forward the basic ideas of the professional ethics development of intellectual property practitioners under ideal conditions from four major aspects,including effective coordination of content design and method application,mutual promotion of awareness raising and publicity activities,organic combination of direct education and reward and punishment effects and the joint promotion of self-participation and organization management.On the one hand,the development of professional ethics for intellectual property practitioners should analyze the content composition of professional ethics for intellectual property practitioners based on the nature and scope of professional ethics,and then build a unified and effective system of professional ethics for intellectual property practitioners.This set of content system should include the main content applicable to the common ethics of all intellectual property practitioners,which includes establishing the professional ideal of“protecting intellectual property rights and promoting the transformation and application of technological achievements”,firming the professional belief of “serving the masses,contributing to society,and promoting innovation”,adhering to the professional attitude of“love and dedication,balance efficiency and fairness,and adhere to the correct political direction”,taking on professional responsibility for “handling intellectual property affairs and keeping secrets”,obeying the professional discipline of “justice,honesty and trustworthiness,and compliance with industry standards”,and improving the professional business ability of“continuously learning and cultivating relevant knowledge and skills in the field of intellectual property”.At the same time,due to the differences in the nature of the work of intellectual property practitioners,they are divided into three categories: “intellectual property management personnel”,“intellectual property protection personnel”and“intellectual property service personnel”.This content system of professional ethics of intellectual property practitioners should also include the core content of personalized professional ethics applicable to different types of intellectual property practitioners,such as intellectual property management personnel should follow “promoting the creation and use of high-quality intellectual property”,intellectual property protection personnel should follow “upholding the objective and impartiality of intellectual property law enforcement and trial”,and intellectual property service personnel should follow the “abiding by the competitive spirit of the intellectual property service market”,etc.The actual development of the professional ethics of intellectual property practitioners also depends on the setting of effective development paths.Based on this,in order to strengthen the professional ethics of intellectual property practitioners in China and improve the professional ethics of intellectual property practitioners,we can take corresponding measures from four levels and set up effective paths,which including the social awareness of intellectual property practitioners' professional ethics,publicity and education,rewards and punishments,and organizational management.For example,the level of social awareness needs to effectively raise the awareness of the professional ethics of intellectual property practitioners;The level of publicity and education needs to focus on improving the effect of publicity and education on the professional ethics of intellectual property practitioners;The level of rewards and punishments needs to regulate intellectual property practitioners who pursue or violate professional ethics The treatment of the organization;And the management level of the organization needs to scientifically manage the professional ethics of intellectual property practitioners.At last,let us take multiple measures to jointly promote the professional ethics of
