With the rapid development of the economic society during the transition period,the problem of domestic violence in our country is showing a trend of high incidence and frequency.Online media reports on domestic violence have risen in a straight line,and major malignant incidents caused by domestic violence are also increasing..Domestic violence is a social problem to be solved urgently.It will not only affect the psychological health and life safety of domestic violence victims and family violence,endanger the existence of marriage and family,but the long-term domestic violence problem can easily lead to “violence against violence”.Classes of vicious criminal cases endanger the stability and harmony of society.In March 2016,the "People's Republic of China Anti-domestic Violence Law" was formally implemented.Government departments,business units and social organizations at all levels started anti-domestic violence work.They were popularized through social media,online media,digital publicity and community lectures.Domestic violence-related knowledge,but many service design and content are scattered,lack of organic integration and other issues,and thus have not yet achieved very significant results.The problem of domestic violence is not the same as ordinary social issues or crimes.It involves not only the individual's personality,psychological and behavioralcharacteristics,but also the perpetrator's native family,living environment,social and cultural traditions,and the comparison of their physical strength.The relationship between individuals and families,individuals and social environment.Therefore,I believe that the prevention of domestic violence not only requires macro-level social policy control,but also requires micro-level social support and social services.However,due to the lack of professional theoretical perspectives and systematic practice models,at present,there are very few research results on domestic violence prevention in China,and research based on actual project services is rare and lacks targeted revelation.Relatively speaking,overseas domestic violence prevention services have developed rapidly.The development of domestic violence prevention services focuses on empirical research and diachronic research,which ensures that the research process and results have high practical value.However,to achieve scientific measurement and evaluation of service results and processes requires a certain amount of support from government funds and investment in human resources.At present,there is no specific standardization and sufficient financial support for domestic violence prevention services in China.Therefore,the model of domestic violence prevention service that is both mature and can be promoted is quite scarce.Based on this,the research is based on the background of China's socio-economic transition,with the three-level prevention theory of crime prevention as the guiding framework,through in-depth interviews and the use of qualitative research methods on the typical domestic violence prevention services purchased by S City Women's Federation.A systematic analysis and analysis of the project will provide in-depth analysis of the service targets,content,level of prevention services,project output,and service effectiveness of domestic violence prevention service projects,explore the strengths and weaknesses of their existing services,and clarify the current S-city family.The service orientation and practice status of violence prevention services.Since most of the existing services are "heavy interventions and minor preventions",the perspectives are narrow,there is no professional theoretical support,and there are no macroscopic guidelines and controls.Therefore,based on relevant overseas excellent experience,the author proposes three levels of preventionservices for domestic violence.The concept follows the basic principles of“government overall planning”,“social organization leading” and “community associate”,and it runs through the entire process of domestic violence prevention services,trying to build a domestic violence prevention information platform,Schools,kindergartens,civil affairs,public security laws,hospitals,communities,social organizations and other departments have been integrated to create distinctive brands of domestic violence prevention services,and attempts have been made to initially establish a three-tier prevention service model for domestic violence.
