The Realization Of Administrative Responsibility In The View Of Administrative Personality

During the post-industrial civilization,with the development of socio-economic,the improvement of living standards and the awakening of people's self-consciousness,people pay more attention to the general level of responsibility.Humans desire for civilized and efficient administration,yearn for independent and free social orientation.The concept of service-oriented government enjoys popular support.As a result,the ideal way to achieve administrative responsibility has attracted people's attention.The traditional path of administrative responsibility is nothing but external control and internal restraints.This traditional path encounters the institutional predicament and the main predicament in the transitional period of post-industrial society.And the research ideas for the predicament have been confined to the construction of external system and institutional framework.The administrative personality construction of administrative subject in administrative responsibility execution center is neglected.The ideal way to realize the administrative responsibility needs to combine the realization way of the system with the moral belief and the value factor of the administrative subject.From the perspective of administrative personality,this paper studies the realization of administrative responsibility and explores the relationship between administrative personality and the realization of administrative responsibility,and advocates the role of independent personality in the realization of administrative responsibility by paying attention to the initiative and creativeness of administrative subject.
