Research On The Operation Mode Of Public Exhibition In National Defense Science And Technology Field Case Study

In recent years,the rapidly-developing exhibition industry plays an increasingly important role in economic society in our country.Government-oriented exhibitions have become a prominent factor in the process of development.Non-profit exhibitions in the national defense,as a form of government-leading ones,political and social benefits are realizedbecause of the government direct funding and support from all aspects of resources.At the same time,the problems caused by the exhibitions directlyhosted by the governmentis growing,such as fair competition in the exhibition market,the effect of sustainable development and effective publicity of the exhibition itself,the low operating efficiency and waste of resources,etc.If there are not adjustment and reforms,those problems may bring negative effects on the development of China's exhibition economy.The operation mode of public service in national defense science and technology field is more and more worth discussing and studying.This paper,based on the “Embracing the moon in the welkin-China's Lunar Exploration Project”,studies the operation mode of public exhibitionsunder the national defense science and technology,by the methods of literature research and,analysis and etc.,combining with the relevant theory of public goods.The paper,from a macro point of view,is put forward the improvement of the public exhibitionmanagement modeof the national defense science and technology,the adjustment of the existing management system and the market regulationunder the new situation to strengthen the construction of professional organizationsas a whole industry coordinated with the development,and of the professional human resources to comprehensively enhance the industrylevel.These proposals are not only beneficial to solve the problems of the operation mode of public exhibition of the national defense science and technology,but also help improve China's exhibition industry's overall layout in the new situation to speed up the transformation and upgrading;and better serves the national economic and social developmentin positive significance.
