The Young Pioneers 'organizational identity refers to the young pioneers' self-comparison in accordance with the membership standards of the Young Pioneers.In the process of self-comparison,they recognize and accept the organizational identity of the young pioneers they own,create a strong sense of belonging,and practice in actual actions.Young Pioneers organizational goals.That is,the Young Pioneers can maintain consistency with the goals of the Young Pioneers in terms of knowledge,love,performance,and evaluation.Based on self-classification theory and organizational identity theory,this study looked up the research of related scholars,identified the four dimensions of cognitive,emotional,behavioral,and evaluation as the status quo of organizational identity research,and compiled the organizational identity scale for senior and senior young pioneers in primary school.In the study of the status quo of identity,the methods of questionnaire investigation were used,supplemented by interviews and observations,and the middle and senior young pioneers of urban and rural primary schools in Xining City were investigated.Based on the study,it was concluded that the organizational identity of the middle and senior young pioneers in primary schools was at a medium level.Factors such as gender,grade,class cadre,city school or township school,parents 'education,and parents' occupation have a significant influence on the organizational identity level of senior and senior young pioneers.First,girls' recognition of cognition,behavior,emotion and evaluation is higher than that of boys.Second,different grade of the young pioneers organization identity degree Thirdly,the degree of organizational identity of young pioneers cadres is obviously higher than that of other young pioneers.Fourth,the organizational identity of the young pioneers in urban primary schools is higher than that of the young pioneers in rural primary schools.Fifth,the organizational identity of young pioneers whose parents are highly educated is higher than that of young pioneers whose parents are poorly educated.After understanding the status quo of organizational identity of young pioneers,this paper discusses the causes of organizational identity through attribution investigation,and develops an interview outline to carry out the interview.Under the guidance of grounded theory,Nvivo qualitative analysis software was used to carry out three-level coding for the interview to determine the cause dimension,and SWOT analysis method was used as the analytical framework for the causes of the organization and identity of young pioneers.Finally,the paper on the present situation and causes,from the family factors,school factors,social factors,the young pioneers,the young pioneers counselors,the young pioneers organization factors and so on six dimensions relevant strategies and Suggestions are put forward: first,to create a harmonious family atmosphere,promote to the parents' education idea,attach importance to the linkage between the family and school education;Second,innovate the construction of campus culture,build a good campus environment,change the educational concept of emphasizing intellectual education over moral education,strengthen ideological education,and improve the organizational belief of team members;Third,build a good social atmosphere and integrate rich community resources;Fourthly,we should give full play to the subject status of young pioneers,mobilize their enthusiasm to participate in activities,and strengthen their sense of ownership through the system of cadre rotation.Fifth,strengthen the training and learning of counselors,improve the professional quality of counselors;Sixth,strengthen the unique organization image of the young pioneers,improve the quality of activities organized by the young pioneers,improve the organization's executive ability.
